• Payment is handled by the person responsible. All deposits and charges are made from bestnyweddinglimoservice.com. They cannot be refunded if the service is canceled.
• Cash, checks, and most major credit cards can be accepted. (AMEX, Visa, MC, Discover). 3.5% surcharge on credit cards
• The customer is authorized to pay any unpaid balances and deposits verbally or in writing.
• At the time of picking up, payment must be made
• bestnyweddinglimoservice.com reserves all rights to substitute any vehicle with another vehicle provided it is a similar size or more prominent and the vehicle is not different in color. All quoted vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates may change without notice.
• No smoking is allowed in bestnyweddinglimoservice.com vehicles. If a passenger is found smoking inside the vehicle will be requested to put out the cigarettes or cigars, and the customer is charged a $100 charge for each incident. The possession, sale, or consumption of illegal or narcotic drugs is allowed. Infractions could result in the immediate cancellation of your agreement and services and the forfeiture of any fees or deposits that you have paid for services.
• Cleaning costs for spills or accidents caused by customers are the charge of the customer. $350.00 cost for any car damage caused by passengers
• Your contract says drivers are not allowed to transport more people than the agreed number.
• Gratuities for drivers are optional. However, it’s certainly would be appreciated
• bestnyweddinglimoservice.com will not be responsible for delays caused by road conditions, accidents, or any other unforeseeable act of God. The consequences of loss of time will be compensated at the end of the scheduled charter. Any reduction in the reserved initial duration of service or the size of the vehicle does not exempt the customer from the obligation of paying the total amount for the charter booked initially.
• If your charter runs beyond your reserved time slot, the remainder of your time is charged in 1-hour increments. This charge will be proportional to the standard rates for the day, and it will be stated on your contract or written agreement.
• A person who is younger than 21 is not permitted to consume alcohol. If there is no legal guardian present, there is no way for alcohol to be allowed inside vehicles or served to passengers under 21 years of age. The ride will be ended by forfeiting all deposits and fees for service if any alcoholic beverages are found on an adult. Drinking alcohol by a minor is never permitted, and alternate beverages are available for a fee.
• The person responsible for the payment acknowledges and agrees that all deposits and charges are governed by bestnyweddinglimoservice.com and are non-refundable if the service is not canceled.
• No refunds will be given when the service is terminated due to unruly conduct, damages to the vehicle, or any other reason, that bestnyweddinglimoservice.com considers legitimate. bestnyweddinglimoservice.com reserves all rights to cancel service if it finds it appropriate.
• Emerging from the sunroof while the vehicle is in operation is not permitted. Minor passengers will not be allowed to travel in the vehicle without the sunroof being closed or locked, and the dividers also must be sealed.
• Discipline on the part of bestnyweddinglimoservice.com and our employees is guaranteed.

bestnyweddinglimoservice.com is not responsible for:

• Other luggage, such as luggage for carry-ons, could be damaged or lost and even the contents. Items that are susceptible to damage in transit
• We are pleased to let you bring personal videotapes, compact discs, and other personal items. We do not take any responsibility for the items placed in the vehicle at or after the completion of the rental period for limousines.
• The inability or use of the service for any reason. make use of the service for any reason, not limited to communication problems or failure with transmission or delivery of any information accessible through the service, or
• Suppose there is any physical damage to the limousine caused by the customer or any of the passengers. In that case, there will be a minimum additional charge of $350.00 for repairing or cleaning the limousine. This applies to any person who gets sick in the limousine. bestnyweddinglimoservice.com is the sole responsible party for determining whether the limousine can be used in unusual ways or worn out. The company also has the knowledge and experience to manage all hire limousine use.
